It is our first time sharing and creating an infographic, so we hope it is useful for you. Over the years we have collected a lot of tips, to drink more water. There are many reasons to drink water, here are a few: drinking water increases your energy and helps reduce fatigue. Water is also great if you want to lose weight, as it reduces hunger, and has zero calories. Water helps flush out toxins and improves your skin. Water is also good for your overall health, as it will reduce headaches, prevent cramps and improve your immune system. Well who does not want to get all those “superpowers”?

Even though having a water bottle by your side, might seem like a small change in you life, it is actually a big step towards a brighter every day life. Our bodies are made up of 60-70% percent water, so it is no wonder that we need to drink water. Loosing only 3% percent of the water in your body, can lead to serve cramps and headaches. There is actually a shocking fact when it comes to drinking water, you can go 3 minutes without air, 3 days without water and 3 weeks without food. If you are like most people, that order of the things will really shock you. Most people think that air is first, then food, and then water. If you ever were to get lost in the wilderness, you can use that to, know that you should first find water and then food, not the reverse. The second factor is the activity level of yours, the more you move around, the more you will sweat, and thus you will need to drink more water, to make up for the loss. The activity factor lies closely up against the weather factor. You should not be scared away by the activity level factor, but you should take it to hearth, and see it as a good thing, that you burn a lot of calories. Speaking of calories, if you want to lose weight, you can drink plenty of water before you eat anything, by doing that you stomach will think that you are full of food, and you will not end up eating that much. The third and final factor is the body of yours, the more you weight, the more you will need to drink, and that can be a really hard thing to comprehend, but also a motivator for losing weight. If you are lost when it comes to weight, you can take your weight, and divide that with two, and you will get your water needs in Oz. That was three factors when it comes to your need of water. Infusing in the water bottle world, is the term for mixing fruits, berries or even vegetables with water. You can make some really delicious drinks by infusing your water. The first factor is, and just a note, this is not in any particular order, the first factor is the activity level of yours. If you move around a lot, you will also sweat a lot, that is just the law of nature. Your inside temperature is 37 degrees, and if the outside temperature, goes above room temperature, which is 21 degrees, your body will start to sweat, too cool down and prevent overheating. The human body has a really smart way to cool down, the body just uses water, or body fluids as one might call them. The second factor is a little related to the first one. The second factor is the weather. If it is hot outside, your body will start to sweat, too cool down, it is really smart that we can use water for cooling down, but it can sometimes be irritating to sweat, but it is a good thing. Water is the source of sweat, but that does not mean that drinking less water will result in less sweat, so you should never stop drinking water to stop sweating, never. The third and final factor is how much you weight, the more you weight the more you have to drink. You can actually use your weight to find a base amount of water you should drink. You can take your weight in Lbs., and divide that number by 2, and then you get the amount of water you should drink in Oz.

You will often know when you are starting to get dehydrated, but if you are in the “moment” while running or doing other spots, you might not recognize the need for water.  You really have to keep an eye out for dehydration, especially when you are alone. There is actually a shocking thing regarding drinking water. How long do you think, it will take before you die from dehydration? A month, A week, five days? No, it only takes 3 days, and it takes even shorter, if you are doing something or if you are in a hot environment. Just to fill you with some facts, that you can use if you are even in a survival situation. Humans can also go 3 weeks without food but only 3 minutes without air, that is something to think about, if you were ever, god forbid it, in a survival situation. The last factor regarding water drinking is the body type that you “purses”. If you weight a lot, you will need to drink more water, as you are just generally bigger. The two first factors are dependable on you position and activity, and they can change from day to day. The last factor can change, but only over a long period of time. You can use the weight factor to get a better idea of how much water you should drink.   1. I would suspect that frequent dehydration is base cause for some of the most debilitating ailments old southwestern leezzards like me end up having to deal with.
